小鱼开发 f32c1c7703 refactor: 删除 video 任务类型
产品无云端视频生成功能,Scheduler 也未注册 VideoHandler,
删除遗留的 video 任务类型及相关代码:
- tasks.py: VideoParams、video 分支
- schemas/task.py: VideoTaskParams
- schemas/__init__.py: VideoTaskParams 导出
